Services

Sentrix.one provides enterprise IT solutions including managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and custom development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

User Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Sentrix.one and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Specific SLA terms are outlined in individual service agreements. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentrix.one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the provision of services. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential information.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sentrix.one operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
